SNSHN (SNSHN Management and SNSHN Realty) is a full service real estate company focused on locating, purchasing, stabilizing, and driving maximum return for our clients and partners. We believe every purchase is an investment and recognize each individual has their own unique requirements, wants, and expectations. We are known for our reasonable, reliable and honest approach to driving returns (equity and cash flow). SNSHN was founded as the solution to the problem that prevails across most systems and teams. After struggling to find management services that performed to our standards, and a broker who had not only our short interest, but long term interest in mind, we built SNSHN for the purpose of finding our own deals and managing our own properties. This means the same processes, efficiencies, standards, and efforts we built for ourselves, serve all of our clients with a client-focused approach as opposed to being at odds with a profit-focused management or realty entity.
